Shipping policy

 

UK Deliveries

Please make sure you have provided us with the correct ‘Shipping’ address if it is different to the ‘Billing’ address.

Please include all relevant details: Name of recipient / Company name, House Number, Street, Town, County, Country and Postcode (and preferably a daytime contact number).

Our UK delivery

Our UK mainland standard delivery 2-5 working days from despatch. All parcels are despatched with DPD. 

*Order before 12:30pm Monday to Friday for next day delivery - excluding any rackets that need stringing. We will do our best to facilitate this. Next day delivery doesn't apply on bank holiday weekends.

Shipping cost is £5.99

International Deliveries

Customers outside the UK may have to pay import duty or formal customs entry. If customs duties are required, the delivery may be delayed and we are sorry but Bassline Retail cannot assist with this process.

To help ensure that customs duties are not payable for deliveries outside the UK it is advisable to keep your total order value below the customs duty threshold of your destination country. Please check your local thresholds and duties before placing your order with us as we are not responsible for any additional duties payable in the destination country.
