Description
Tecnifibre TF-X1 270 - tecnifibre tennis racket.
The TF-X1 range is designed to provide ultimate power and comfort thanks to its unique X-Damp technology! The success of the first V1 range, sees the second V2 range expanded to now include 6 different weights: 305, 300, 285, 275, 270 and 255g.
The TF-X1 is a performance range with all rackets constructed from graphite aimed at providing the player with ultimate power with comfort. The rackets have large headsizes, open 16x19 string patterns and frame stiffness like other rackets in this category. The unique X-Damp technology from Tecnifibre gives additional comfort to the player when using these powerful frames!
X-Damp is the inclusion of a 20g stainless steel mass that sits in a elastomer support within the end of the handle. It can move within this support during ball impact to dampen low frequency vibrations by 36%. These vibrations spread up to the elbow and not only cause fatigue, but potential injuries such as tennis elbow. The result is a much more comfortable racket for the player that does not compromise on power, and one that allows the player to play at a higher tempo for longer.
The rackets have also been equipped with Tecnifibre’s new Isoflex technology, where the varying of the frames stiffness at different locations of the frame to work in harmony with the different lengths of strings at each point, results a more consistent string bed flexibility for an improved, larger sweet spot giving the player more consistency in their play.
All the rackets in this range have a standard 100in2 headsize, apart from the 305 and 270. The 305 has a smaller 98in2 headsize for performance players looking for more control, and the 275 has a larger 105in2 head for more tolerance on off-centre hits and increased ease of power for leisure players. All rackets come pre-strung in Tecnifibre synthetic gut, apart from the 300 and 305 which come unstrung.
